We want you to be completely satisfied with your Omorovicza purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent delays.

  Ship the Items

  Send your return using a trackable shipping service of your choice; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until the refund is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
